Accounts

The Head Office Finance Department are the providers of financial support to all areas of the Trust and individual academies.

Our services include:

  • the preparation of the statutory annual accounts
  • the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets
  • the management of the Trust’s financial control system
  • the provision of regular financial reports and budget variance analysis
  • attendance at all levels of governance meetings across the Trust
  • technical advice and support around the proper and regular use of public funds
  • liaison with auditors and the responsible officer
  • facilitating our Value for Money Forum which includes members from across the Trust who review and implement efficiency projects
